**Summary**:
The primary responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager (Western Canada - Saskatchewan to B.C.) are to communicate the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive Rentals, Sales, Repairs & Calibration Services, and Training. The Regional Account Manager will serve as the point of contact between businesses and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secure orders, guarantee products standards and assure product delivery
- Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost effective.
- Maintain a detailed call report of prospect and existing customers for review on a daily or weekly basis with the Vice President of Sales and Branch Unit Manager.
- Answer phones, assist customers by completing order entry, order processing, and additional administrative work.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technical capabilities
- Identify prospective customer, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare rentals and sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Responsible for Rentals and Sales performance and addressing issues when necessary

- Some Travel Required.
