Job Summary

A key member of our Regional Multi Unit Sales team, you will develop and serve Regional Multi Unit accounts. As a trusted advisor for a select portfolio of Key Regional customers, you will maintain and grow relationships, seek new opportunities, provide direction to administration teams, and serve as the liaison between customers and our divisions. Your responsibilities will include contract compliance, sales growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account business plans to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Coordinate and communicate strategic account activity and engage senior leadership sponsorship of customers, where appropriate.
  • Review monthly reports to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
  • Negotiate customer agreements using customer profitability and pricing models.
  • Source new products and initiate product conversions, seeking category penetration opportunities.
  • Participate in customer annual conferences and tradeshows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years of outside sales and customer partnering skills and experience in problem-solving, negotiating, presentations, and project management.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills, as well as problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or within a team environment.
  • Customer service and time management skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to bring consensus or reconcile differences.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
