The Paid Media Specialist has strategic, operational, and analytical responsibilities related to the planning, creation, and optimization of paid media campaigns over a variety of digital delivery platforms to generate market demand for ScalePad and its various solutions. This role owns the coordination and execution of approved paid media campaigns, and will work cross-functionally within Marketing ensuring these campaigns are aligned with the go-to-market strategy, brand, and targeted objectives. The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of all paid media marketing campaigns including ongoing analysis, optimization/iteration, and market/competitive research to maintain strong returns on our media buying investments. Additionally, this role will be an integral part of expanding ScalePad’s brand exposure and delivering inbound traffic that directly contributes to our annual revenue targets.

Responsibilities.
- Build and manage day-to-day B2B paid media campaigns in a niche SaaS IT industry
- Align and execute on paid media strategy with Performance Marketing Manager
- Set up and manage Google Ad campaigns, including search, display, and YouTube
- Set up and manage paid social campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter
- Monitor paid media spend and targeted budget
- Proactively optimize paid media campaigns, including keywords, copy, targeting, creative, and landing pages, while making strategic recommendations to the Marketing team
- Work with Performance Marketing, Creative and Product Marketing teams to produce paid media campaigns
- Create monthly reports that offer insights into paid media initiatives
- Provide weekly updates on KPIs and learnings to the Marketing team

Qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge and skills in various paid media platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Programmatic), Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Reddit, X (Twitter), and Microsoft (Bing, MS network).
- 3+ years current experience building and managing the day-to-day for multiple paid media campaigns across multiple channels targeted at a B2B audience (IT industry experience preferred).
- Leveraging keywords and specific demographic, firmographic and behavioural profiling, to create highly-specific audience segments for custom targeting and retargeting programs.
- Ability to strategically structure comprehensive paid media campaigns.
- Highly skilled in use of optimization methods, tools, and platforms including SEO, A/B Testing, Multi-variant Testing and other optimization techniques/approaches.
- Strong budget allocation and management skills.
- Excellent data sampling, modeling and analysis skills, using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously.
- Creation of effective briefs and requesting work from creative teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills coupled with the ability to collaborate for planning, execution and reporting.
- Ability to digest large amounts of both quantitative and qualitative information and compose it into a summary of important highlights and key insights.
- Extreme attention to detail & strong digital literacy.
- Self starter, highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience implementing appropriate tagging and tracking strategies that support the ability to follow the customer journey.
- Experience communicating large volumes of data to a general audience using easy-to-follow dashboards and reports on a regular basis.
- Experience coordinating and aligning multiple resources for a project or program through to execution and managing to success measurement.
- Experience using project management software & marketing automation platforms-particularly Hubspot.
- Preferred experience using or leveraging a Demand-Side Platform or Partner.
- Highly analytical with the ability to spot details or trends others miss.
