**Position Summary**

PuroClean is looking for a Project Manager Assistant with experience in the customer service industry. You would be working with our growing team in our main office in Milton, ON. The Project Manager Assistant plays a very important role in ensuring customer service excellence. **Experience in the Restoration Industry is a definite asset but not a prerequisite.**

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Experience working as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role.
- **Education**: A high school diploma is required. Post-secondary education or a combination of relevant education and experience is preferred
- **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Assist in planning and scheduling restoration tasks and activities.
- **Administrative Support**: Prepare invoices, reports, upload estimates, and schedule meetings.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager and client/customer.
- **Client/Customer Communication**: Assist in communicating with clients/customers to provide updates and address concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of project activities, costs, and changes.
- **Quality Control**: Support the Project Manager in ensuring the quality of restoration work meets industry standards
- Work closely with members of the leadership team to improve efficiencies, and best practices

**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage project details and understand basic project management
- Excellent relationship management skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels
- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite with advanced capabilities in Excel
- Proficiency with XactAnalysis/Xactimate, Symbility/Mobile Claims, Encircle, PSA,
- and QuickBooks would be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational abilities and the ability to maintain digital records
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make strategic decisions; ability to be
- creative, flexible, resourceful and adaptable to new situations and assignments
- Proven ability to coach and mentor performance
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently within a team environment or
- independently
- Strong drive to see projects through to completion

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
