TheProject Manager will be responsible for updating ERP data anddeveloping and implementing processes and procedures that enhancecommunication and workflow between the front office and the plant.This role also involves supporting various tasks and projects aimedat improving overall operational efficiency and optimizingproduction within the facility. Primarily based on the shop floorthe Project Manager will monitor project progress conduct qualitycontrol identify production or material issues and escalate them tothe Plant Manager and Production Team asnecessary.

Requirements
  • Supportfunction for the Senior. Engineering Designer.
a)Review Work Orders: Reinforce correct information captured into theWO before it s released to the shopfloor.

b)Checks drawings forcorrectness.

  • Reviewwork orders for accuracy and completeness issue work orders (asrequired).
  • Reviewinventory levels for accuracy andcompleteness.
  • Reviewshipping pick lists for accuracy andcompleteness.
  • Reviseand update ERP data; create processes/procedures for inputtingfuture data wherenecessary.
  • Overseethe SCAF (Sub Contractor Agreement Form)process.
  • Analyzethe current raw materials management systems for efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Providesupport coaching and implementation assistance for new productioninitiatives as required. Ex. new warehouse inventory managementsystem.
  • Performduties and tasks in other departments as required under thedirection of the Management team (i.e. Project ManagementEngineering Purchasing Shipping Receiving andProduction).

Support function for the Senior. Ex. newwarehouse inventory management system. Perform duties and tasks inother departments as required under the direction of the Managementteam (i.e. Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping,Receiving and Production).
