**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare optimization plans to increase operational excellence and external/internal customer’s satisfaction across the inquiry to order process
- Leads quotation and tendering teams responsible for providing technical support and product quotations (based on customer requirements)
- Knowledgeable in the electrical industry field with a strong understanding of the distribution systems/products
- Ensures that quotation groups follow all necessary processes, local contractual requirements and risk reviews in a timely manner
- Monitors the compliance of the sales and quotations teams (risk reviews, table of authority, etc.)
- Focuses on sales forecasting accuracy, timely and complete quote, clean orders % (executable backlog), NPS (Net Promote Score), SFDC data quality KPIs, minimize the # of manual sales order changes due to inconsistent master data
- In conjunction with the sales process specialist, review dashboards to propose trainings (both internal and external) to enhance the level of knowledge and have customers become more self-reliant
- In conjunction with the sales process specialist, lead detailed gap analysis across the sales sup-port processes and provide solutions to reach and exceed expected service level at optimized costs by utilizing lean six-sigma assessment methods and tools
- Propose new/updated KPIs and distribute sales support dashboard to measure the local achievements vs targets
- Provide input for continuous improvement opportunities within the sales community
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Builds an ef-fective, capable and high performing organization

**Your background**:

- Bachelor in engineering degree (preferably, electrical engineering)
- Yellow belt lean 6 Sigma (green belt an asset)
- 5 + years of experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Analytical evaluator
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated change agent
