YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in our industry as you will be supporting the Division Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides weekly support to the sales team;
- Provide administrative support to the divisions and work on the implementation of harmonized processes in the divisions
- Builds and manages the distribution of inventory reports for the sales team (sales tools, ATS)
- Builds purchase orders and ensures ongoing maintenance of files during the sales season
- Track orders and sales on major accounts;
- Maintenance of documentation for Market Place and major accounts
- Participate and support sales events (Sales meeting, training, industry events, etc.)

- Participate in the coordination of photo shoots
- Participate in receiving samples, setting up showrooms and sending samples to the sales team.
- Participate in updating and verifying data for the division's B2B and B2C sites.

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Versatility and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bilingual, French and English, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of social media
