As the Director of Influencer Relations, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence and impact in the digital space. You will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and expand our reach within our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to our brand objectives and target audience.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the health, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers to establish authentic partnerships and collaborations aligned with our brand values.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear expectations for all parties involved.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to inform influencer marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing campaigns effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and optimize future strategies for maximum impact and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within the health and wellness or medical industry.
- Strong network of relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms, with a focus on health, wellness, and lifestyle.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of developing innovative and impactful influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to track and evaluate campaign performance effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
