**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer status calls and direct to proper advisors/take messages.
- Assist Service Advisors in cashing customers out
- Working with the BDC to respond to any questions or concerns regarding future appointments
- Manage the loaner program and assist with proper distribution
- Assist Service Manager with collecting overdue accounts
- Book appointments through Tekion
- Complete Cash sheets at EOD.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience with automotive service administration is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
- You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
