**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Communicate with other team members regarding any delays or issues

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 1 with air breakendorsement as well as commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record as well as a valid TDG certificate a plus.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures and Experience with oversized/long loads an asset
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo
