**Aperçu du poste**
Sous la supervision du directeur des pièces de rechange, l'objectif de l’assistant(e) aux ventes internes est d'être le principal point de contact de nos clients pour le remplacement des pièces de rechange.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Aider l’équipe à répondre aux demandes des clients, soit par téléphone ou par courriel;
- Préparer et envoyer des soumissions;
- Traiter les commandes des clients à l'aide de notre système ERP;
- Fournir une réponse dans les meilleurs délais et s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients;
- Faire le suivi des commandes du début jusqu'à l'expédition et s'assurer que les pièces arrivent à temps pour une bonne livraison.
**Qualifications**
- Bilinguisme (doit pouvoir parler et écrire en anglais et en français) étant donné que beaucoup de nos clients proviennent de l’extérieur du Québec;
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office;
- Experience dans un rôle administratif ou de service à la clientèle;
- Expérience avec un système ERP (un atout);Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier et connaissances techniques (un atout).
**Conditions de travail**
- Poste permanent et temps plein (40h semaine);
- Salaire concurrentiel, en fonction de l'expérience;
- Horaires de travail : Lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 16h30 (horaires flexibles, à discuter);
- Possibilité de partir plus tôt le vendredi pour profiter d'un week-end plus long;

**Position Overview**
Under the supervision of the Spare Parts Manager, the focus of the Inside Sales Assistant is to be the main point of contact of our customers for spare parts replacement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and send quotations;
- Process orders for customers using our ERP system;
- Provide a quick response and ensure the satisfaction of the customers;
- Follow-up on orders from start to when they ship out the door and make sure the parts arrive on time for good delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual (must be able to speak and write in English and French) given that many of our customers come from outside of Quebec;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role;
- Experience with an ERP system (an asset);
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and technical knowledge/background (an asset).
**Work conditions**
- Permanent position and full time (40h week);
- Competitive salary, based on experience;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm (flexible hours, to be discussed);
- Possibility of leaving earlier on Fridays to enjoy a longer weekend;
