**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Mainly work with our Teaching Center
- Perform a variety of office support, clerical or specialized nature in support of the function to which assigned
- Provide word processing and data entry support
- Assist to arrange classes between students and teachers
- May monitor students’ behavior during the class
- Remind students to attend the class
- Maintain a variety of files and records
- Provide information and assistance to students and teachers
- Translate documents if needed
- Respond to client inquiries, issues and request for information
- Other office duties as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Having excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Having analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having strong organizational and time management skills
- Having positive thinking and patience & caring nature
- Ability to work under pressure
- Honest, reliable, detail-oriented and loyal
- A love for working with teenagers or young adults
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary
- Willingness to provide a criminal record check

Work Remotely
