**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Mainly work with our Teaching Center and responsible for students from market
- Promptly catch clients' needs and effectively promote company's products
- Perform reception duties, such as answering phone calls and taking accurate messages, greeting walk-in clients and directing to the appropriate staff, helping receive deliveries, etc
- Perform a variety of office support, clerical or specialized nature in support of the function to which assigned
- Provide word processing and data entry support
- Arrange classes between students and teachers
- May monitor students’ behavior during the class
- Maintain a variety of files and records
- Provide information and assistance to students and teachers
- Translate documents between Chinese and English if needed
- Respond to client inquiries, issues, and request for information
- Other office duties as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Having sales experience is an asset
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Having excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Having analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having strong organizational and time management skills
- Having positive thinking and patience & caring nature
- Ability to work under pressure
- Honest, reliable, detail-oriented and loyal
- A love for working with students
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary
- Willingness to provide a criminal record check

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
