Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct all inquiries and distribute according to inquiry flow parameters
- Facilitate outside catering, and internal events from start to finish
- Champion Delphi administrative duties, daily, weekly, and monthly Delphi reporting.
- Support daily Revisions meeting
- Update and Maintain EO binder
- Manage daily EO revisions
- Attend all relevant meetings
- Ottawa Tourism and 3rd party reporting
- Creating Banquet signage as needed
- Assist in facilitating Banquet billing
- Marketing and Administration support as needed
- Manage client follow up and feedback program
- Hard file maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications
- Strong computer and typing skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Social Media knowledge a strong asset
- Possess strong organization skills with a good sense of priorities.
- Team player, capable of working with multiple individuals and personality types.
- Demonstrates good judgment in pressure situations.
- Demonstrates a high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Self-starter can work independently.
- Possesses a dynamic, mature and positive “can-do” attitude.
- Drive and motivation to be a key contributor in a fast paced environment.
