**Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at our Mississauga branch.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals within the branch.
- Provide contact information for external sources as needed.
- Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files.
- Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.
- Ensure all forms and reports are completed as needed.
- Complete daily bank deposits.
- Receive and distribute all forms of paper correspondence and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, and courier services,
- Accept and monitor inbound shipments as necessary.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity an asset.
- Ability to type 55 words per minute preferred.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering preferred.
- General mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and Word
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
