Join our team and help manage ongoing projects and develop new projects.

You will be responsible for assisting the CEO of the company and the oversight of the office management including supporting our digital products and services, and project management for our clients.

This is an opportunity to wear many hats and grow with the company.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee administrative operations including budgeting, contracting and project planning.
- Administer policies and procedures of the company and execute new policies.
- Manage IT-related projects by planning, allocating resources, executing project plans and timelines, and driving projects to completion within budget and scope.
- Participate in operational and management meetings and tasks including budgets, vendors, employees, resources, equipment, client projects, and post-implementation reviews.
- Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution processes.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Administer office services such as property maintenance, security services, equipment and supplies, company vehicle maintenance and management.
- Executes tasks assigned by the company CEO.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school is required. University or college education or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- At least 5 years of management assistance, and administrative assistance experience. Experiences with IT projects and project management will be a bonus.
- Experience supervising employees and/or teams would be an asset.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be a Canadian citizen or be authorized to work in Canada.
