**We are looking for a Coordinator Exhibitions Project**
As a Coordinator Exhibitions Project, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities and processes related to the maintenance of exhibitions at the C and supporting Exhibitions Project Managers in the production of exhibitions. You will participate in the management of project budgets and schedules with team members; and performs other related duties as assigned.

**Minimum of one (1) year experience in**:
- Coordinating the development and maintenance of multiple cultural products simultaneously;
- Coordinating the activities of multidisciplinary project teams in the development/ implementation/ maintenance of cultural products;
- Planning and monitoring project budgets and schedules;
- Executing contracts;
- Participating in the planning, development, implementation and close of projects;
- Participating in the preparation of reports and presentations.
**Knowledge of**:
- Project management processes and practices;
- Methods related to the development of cultural products and the maintenance of exhibitions;
- Preparation, monitoring, tracking of project budgets and schedules;
- Policies and procedures for public sector procurement;
- Effective communications;
- CMH and CWM mandate, programs, services;
- General museological principles;
- Technical aspects related to the development and maintenance of exhibits;
- Principles of risk management;
- Teamwork, coordination, tracking of team activities;
- MSOffice Suite, MS Project.
**Education**:Diploma/degree in social sciences, arts, museology or project management or related field. A project management certification (such as PMP) would be as asset.
**Compensation**: $ 59,723 to $73,910
