**The opportunity**:

- Handle customer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide customers with a remarkable experience
- Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer's complaint, determining the cause, discussing the problem with the supervisor, speeding up the correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Coordinate service calls and appointments between service technicians and customers
- Maintain customer records/files by updating account information
- Continuously monitor the staff calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
- Contribute to the team effort by performing related tasks as needed
- Process texts, archive, copy, print, post, organize, etc
- 1 years Customer Service experience and good phone etiquette - good track record
- Experience in customer resolutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Disciplined and motivated
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time (multitasking)
- Performs well under pressure
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to actively follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Find creative solutions to unforeseen events and problems
- Proficiency in computer skills
