**ROLE / DUTIES**
- Greet and host in-office clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete general office maintenance and various administrative tasks
- Prepare and assist with client appointments and reviews
- Fulfill client service requests, prepare trade paperwork, process transactions and follow up to ensure completion
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Complete day-to-day scanning, filing and shredding of confidential client documents
- Maintain CRM databases
- Operate well in a compliance-focused environment
- Support the team with other projects and responsibilities as required
- Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect clients and our business

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE/BE**:

- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of/experience in the finance and/or insurance industry
- Confidence and ability to learn financial concepts and willingness to obtain the LLQP in Canada Course
- Digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and including Outlook, Word, Power Point etc.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Understands and recognizes priorities and operates with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**VALUABLE ADDITIONS**
- Insurance license (LLQP)
- Track record building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry
- Experience using WealthServ, Blue Sun, Life Guide, AdvisorNet, Canva, Send Out Cards Mail Chimp, and Adobe Suite including Photoshop
