There is one full-time contract **Human Resources Coordinator** position available, beginning April 17, 2023 and ending March 29, 2024, working 37.5 hours per week.

**Your Role**:

- The Human Resources Coordinator is the focal point of communication for the Human resources department, with customer service being always the key goal.
- Assist with the onboarding experience for new employees, including supporting recruitment, screening, orientation, and training.
- Generates and processes a variety of documentation related to recruitment and onboarding, internal movement, communications, development and training, and terminations.
- Maintains the electronic Human Resource Management System to ensure data integrity. Responsible for the regular review and maintenance of employee records.
- Works as a member of the Human Resources team to support in the planning, preparation, and coordination of a variety of events and human resource projects.
- Works closely with Equity Leader to ensure the consistent consideration of equity and inclusion in Human Resources practices.

**Your Talents and Experience**:

- Two years of experience in a Human Resources environment.
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with highly developed verbal and written skills.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.

- **Job Band F (Hourly wages): Min
- $23.48, Mid-$25.43, Max-$28.95**:
