**The role and expectations**
- Generate qualified leads for our clients by executing SEO, digital advertising campaigns, and conversion rate optimization
- Support in the development of data-driven digital marketing strategies for new and existing Top Draw clients based on industry research and client data
- Conduct research and audits of client websites, channels, and properties to ensure strategies and best practices are followed or remedied
- Recommend actions for improvements (such as SEO optimization guides including title tags, meta descriptions, URL hierarchy, 301’s, H1’s, schema, content focus, and internal linking recommendations)
- Analyze & report on the results of your efforts (and WHY) ensuring client goals are represented and achieved in the work
- Leverage automation where possible to reduce the need for manual work
- Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as assigned by your lead

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience executing and optimizing digital marketing, namely SEO, PPC, and CRO
- Degree/certificate in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proficient understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media best practices, tactics, and theory
- Proficient in utilizing and managing Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profiles
- Experience with a variety of SEO tools/platforms like Lighthouse, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- Experience with visitor recording software
- Experience in utilizing/optimizing other high-performance digital marketing channels and tactics
- Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Docs skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Samples of previous digital marketing results

**Nice to Haves**
- Other certifications (or working towards): Facebook, HubSpot, etc
- In-depth understanding of all major Google algorithms
