Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a digital marketing dynamo who excels at SEO, is confident with PPC, knows what it takes to grow an online community, and understands how to build and convert a digital audience for a variety of clients and industries (this is also code for never a dull day).

Now for the boring stuff, what you’ll do:
- Develop and execute strategies for all paid campaigns.
- Utilize vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports to measure and optimize paid marketing efforts.
- Research and evaluate partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and/or decrease cost-per-acquisition.
- Work closely with marketing teammates to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all paid programs.
- Create landing pages and lead generation forms for content distribution through relevant paid channels.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and emerging channels to stay ahead of the competition.
- Generate and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify insights and make recommendations for optimization.
- Manage accounts on search platforms such as Google AdWords and Bing.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and address issues.
- Propose and execute new campaigns across various channels.
- Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate SEO campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine visibility.
- Optimize website structure and navigation to improve user experience and search engine crawling.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and technical fixes.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including site speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement schema markup and other structured data to enhance search engine results.
- Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in specific geographic regions.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles and local listings.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to identify opportunities for link building and disavow harmful links.
- Stay informed about algorithm updates and changes in search engine guidelines, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience is required (bonus points for previous experience in an agency)
- In-office availability, Monday to Friday
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
- Understanding of current mobile trends and how they relate to SEO
- A deep understanding of content marketing (blogging, social media, and related strategies) and how it goes hand in hand with SEO
- Experience in building in-bound organic search traffic and improving Search Engine rankings
- The ability to audit and create reports showing web analytics and site evaluations
- Familiarity with a variety of industry tools used for market research
- Experience with SEMrush, Google, Ahrefs
