As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Deal Administrator** to join our team.

**Position Overview**: As a Deal Administrator at Heninger Toyota, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales transactions. You’ll work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure all documentation is complete, contracts are processed efficiently, and customer experiences are seamless.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Vehicle Deals**: Review and process all paperwork related to new and used vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership/regulatory policies and procedures.
- **Manage Deal Files**: Maintain organized deal files, including documentation of sales contracts, loan agreements, trade-ins, and financing details.
- **Liaison with Financial Institutions**: Work with banks and other financial institutions to ensure loan approvals, funding, and paperwork are processed on time.
- **Reconcile Sales and Inventory Records**: Update and verify sales reports and vehicle inventory records, ensuring accurate data in dealership management systems.
- **Handle Licensing and Registration**: Process vehicle licensing and registration, ensuring all government regulations are adhered to.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, managing billing, and communicating with various departments to ensure smooth deal flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in **deal administration** or automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
- An experience in cash handling is an asset
- **Strong attention to detail** and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of **organizational skills**.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word )and **Gmail Suite**.
- Experience with dealership management software, Serti is an asset.
- **Excellent communication skills** to work effectively with sales and finance team
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and meet deadlines.
