**Job Overview**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing administrative support to other staff members, managing and maintaining executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Support external legal counsel with annual returns, resolutions and amendments to various documents
- Manage the IT function for the organization including any projects that may arise
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Prepare expense reports, assist with accounts payable and bank recs
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels

**Qualifications**
- A high level of computer proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Related post secondary education, preferred
- Minimum of 1 year recent administrative/clerical experience
- Experience with Simply accounting and new client onboarding would be an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
