**Role**

As a Credit coordinator/customer service representative, you will be responsible for consignments, recalls, RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization), credit inquiry and investigations, and taking customer orders. With your ability to listen, you'll build relationships of trust with the customer and provide the best service possible: satisfaction above all

**Responsibilities**
- Generate and communicate consignments and recalls and follow up with returns and billing of missing items.
- Coordinate with Returns Department to troubleshoot returns that require further investigation with clients or sales representatives.
- Conduct credit inquiries and investigations
- Process customer returns and credits
- Provide customer service support by answering calls when department is busy
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience of over the phone customer service;
- Experience with consignments and RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization);
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Job stability;
- Good communication skills;
- Bilingual;
- At ease with learning new computer programs;
- Knowledge of the field of optics and eyewear, an asset;
- Patience and listening;
- Professional and respectful attitude.

**Rôle**

En tant que coordinateur de crédit / représentant au service à la clientèle, vous serez responsable des lots, rappels, ARM (autorisation de retour de marchandise), requêtes et enquêtes de crédit, analyse de l’historique des clients, et prise des commandes des clients. Grâce à votre grande écoute, vous saurez établir des relations de confiance avec la clientèle et lui offrir le meilleur service possible : la satisfaction avant tout

**Responsabilités principales**
- Générer et communiquer les lots, rappels et assurer le suivi des retours et de la da facturation des articles manquants.
- Coordonner avec le département des retours pour dépanner les retours qui nécessitent une enquête plus approfondie avec les clients ou les représentants de vente.
- Effectuer des enquêtes et des demandes de crédit
- Traiter les retours et les crédits des clients
- Fournir un soutien au service à la clientèle en répondant aux appels lorsque le département est occupé
- Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle au téléphone;
- Expérience avec les envois et les ARM (autorisation de retour de marchandise)
- Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires
- Stabilité d’emploi;
- Bonnes habiletés de communication;
- Bilingue;
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques;
- Connaissance du domaine de l’optique ou de la lunetterie, un atout;
- Patience et écoute active;
- Attitude professionnelle et respectueuse.

Salaire : 21,00$ à 23,00$ par heure
