Vos responsabilités incluront la supervision du processus de production et la garantie que les commandes des clients sont traitées avec précision et dans les délais. **EXPÉRIENCE EN IMPRIMERIE ET ÉTIQUETAGE ESSENTIELLE**
**Tâches et responsabilités**:
- **Gestion des plannings de production**: Vous devrez créer et maintenir les plannings de production pour garantir que les commandes sont traitées à temps et que les délais sont respectés. Cela impliquera de coordonner avec différentes équipes, telles que les ventes, la prépresse, la production et l'expédition, afin de s'assurer que tout le monde travaille ensemble vers les mêmes objectifs.
- **Communication avec les clients**: Vous serez en contact régulier avec les clients pour les informer de l'état de leur commande, répondre à leurs questions et résoudre leurs éventuelles préoccupations.
- **Traitement des commandes**: Vous serez responsable du traitement des commandes des clients. Vous devrez veiller à ce que toutes les commandes soient traitées avec précision et que toute exigence particulière soit respectée.
- **Vérification des commandes**: Vérifier l'exactitude des détails de la commande, tels que les spécifications des produits, les quantités et les adresses de livraison.
- **Saisie des commandes**: Entrer les détails des commandes dans le système de l’entreprise (Labeltraxx), générer les dossiers et envoyer les confirmations de commande aux clients. Commander les matériaux et les outils nécessaires.
- **Coordination avec le département de production.**:
- **Résolution des problèmes**: Résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes, tels que les retards de livraison, les défauts de produit ou les réclamations des clients.
- **Service client**: Offrir un excellent service client en traitant rapidement et efficacement leurs demandes.
- **Gestion des stocks**: Vous devrez surveiller les niveaux de stocks et commander les fournitures nécessaires pour garantir la continuité de la production (stocks de matériaux, mandrins, boîtes, etc.).
**Pour réussir dans ce poste**, vous devez posséder de solides compétences organisationnelles et en communication, ainsi qu’une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités simultanément. Une bonne connaissance de l’industrie de l’impression et des processus spécifiques à l’impression flexographique est également indispensable.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing production schedules : You will need to create and maintain production schedules to ensure that orders are processed on time and that deadlines are met. This will involve coordinating with different teams, such as sales, prepress, production and shipping to ensure that everyone is working together towards the same goals.
- Communicating with customers : You will be communicating with customers regularly to keep them informed of their order status, answer any questions they may have and address any concerns they may have.
- Processing orders : You will be responsible for processing customer orders. You will need to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and that any special requirements are met.
- Verifying orders : Verify the accuracy of the order details, such as product details, quantities and shipping addresses.
- Processing orders : Enter the order details into the company’s system (Labeltraxx), generate dockets and sending order confirmations to the customer. Ordering materials and any tooling needed.
- Coordinating with the production department.
- Resolving issues : Troubleshoot any issues related to orders, such as shipping delays, product defects, or customer complaints.
- Providing customer service.
- Managing inventory : You will need to monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that production can continue without interruptions. (Material inventory, cores, boxes, etc.)
In order to be successful in this position, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You should also have a good understanding of the printing industry and the specific processes involved in flexographic printing.
