**_Salary $65-75K/year_**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Review new purchaser Agreements of Purchase and Sale to gather lot and model information
- Coordinate preparation of Sitings and related drawings
- Liaise with consultants for timely preparation and completion of plans and engineering layouts, ensuring model specific options are captured
- Support in the review of plans and engineering layouts
- Maintain organized electronic and hard copy filing for Construction department, ensuring timely distribution of approved documents and drawings to construction site staff and trades
- Assist the Director of Construction with Newstar project setup and maintaining construction and permit related aspects of the database
- Coordinate and distribute necessary surveys and certificates as required in preparation for onsite construction through to municipal lot release, in coordination with Director of Construction
- Assist with tendering, contracts, product library setup and related construction operations as requested by the Director of Construction

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years experience in the Canadian low-rise construction industry
- University or College Graduate in a residential construction or related sector
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge in NewStar is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines
- Team player that can work as part of a team and independently to reach team goals
- Valid Driver’s License
