Property Maintenance Foreman

St Andrews, Canada Premier LawnScapes Full time

Premier LawnScapes is seeking a full time commercial property maintenance individual. Services provided are year round maintenance, landscaping and snow clearing to commercial properties.

Our busy season runs from mid April until mid November. Our crews typically work Monday to Friday for approx 8-10 hours per day starting at our shop (in St Andrews area) at 8am.
- minimum of 2 year experience in property/landscape maintenance
- be able to work full time hours through the entire busy season (no students please)
- be able to operate a skidsteer and other landscape equipment including zero turn mower
- be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- must be able to delegate responsibilities, work well on a team and lead a team
- be physically fit to perform landscape labor
- be able to work long days outdoors
- have a valid class 5 drivers license and transportion to and from the shop in St Andrews every day
