Our responsible and responsive team brings strong foundation of knowledge and experience enabling us to effectively deliver a variety of services, maintenance solutions, large or small project construction and the creation of outdoor spaces from start to finish. At Terrace Green, we take pride in our quality work and strong client relationships.

Terrace Green Property Maintenance Inc. is currently looking for a crew member for our grass cutting team.

You will be responsible to ensure the daily maintenance of residential and commercial sites.
- Must be a reliable team player, able to work with and without direct supervision
- Must have knowledge of plants and plant care.
- Must have horticultural degree
- Knowledge and experience with the safe operation of a variety of equipment including: lawn mower, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, line trimmer, etc.
- Actively participate in training and committed to on-going learning of safety practices
- Use Personal Protective Equipment and demonstrate hazard awareness at all times
- Presentable and professional, positive attitude
- Good work ethic, punctual and dependable, honest, and responsible
- Clean, class G license an experience hauling trailer an asset but not required

**Requirements**:

- Provide own safety boots
- Ability to get to the shop
- Availability to work Monday - Friday (with some weekends)
- Willingness and capacity to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work (able to lift up to 50 lbs).
- Interview and References required.

Seasonal position available immediately, with potential for winter maintenance duties for qualified applicants.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Horticulture: 1 year (preferred)
