Our Property Maintenance Technicians position is to complete day to day quality maintenance repairs on a timely basis.

Perform repairs as needed in residential and commercial buildings.

Complete all maintenance work related to general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and common deficiencies.

Upkeep of properties, cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping, trouble shooting potential repairs and taking initiative when corrective action is necessary.

Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of maintenance and light construction duties.

Work to be performed does not include work that requires a license. Maintain a professional environment for residents, contractors and service providers.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
