R&G Tool and Metal Fabrication is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Quality Coordinator** to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our commitment to quality by ensuring compliance with our internal quality manual and ISO 9001. The Quality Coordinator will assist in maintaining and improving quality processes throughout our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor and review production processes to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct routine quality audits, inspections, and evaluations of products and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external quality reports and documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of the company’s quality manual, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflective of current practices.
- Coordinate non-conformance investigations and corrective actions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards, procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of quality control activities, including test results and corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to resolve quality issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks effectively.
