**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Updating and uploading listings on MLS
- Must be familiar with OREA forms and navigating Stratus
- Onboarding and orientation for all new agents
- RECO registration for Agent and Maintain Agent contract files
- Coordinating schedules, calendars and meetings
- Preparing offers, amendments, waivers, manage, track, and report expenses & processing deals
- Knowledge of real estate industry will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent coordination, creativity, time management and organization skills
- Self-motivated, works well independently, and willing to take initiative
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
