**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Management**: Prepare and review contracts, and coordinate with clients and agents.
- **Document Preparation**: Ensure all necessary documents are completed, signed, and submitted on time, maintaining compliance with legal and company requirements.
- **Deadline Monitoring**: Track and manage all transaction deadlines as per offers, including inspection periods, financing contingencies, and closing dates, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized and accurate transaction files, both digital and physical, ensuring all documents are accessible and up-to-date.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and address any issues or delays that arise during the transaction process, working proactively to find solutions.
- **Support Agents**: Provide administrative support to real estate agents, assisting with tasks related to listings, offers, and closings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with real estate transaction management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate potential issues and resolve them efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
