**Job Description**:

- This position reports to the Director, Marketing and Recruitment or designate, and is responsible for translating marketing objectives into strategies and tactics, development of promotional and advertising plans, rate negotiations, implementation and post production review of collateral undertaken by the Marketing Officer Team developed for the College Community to promote the College to the outside world. The incumbent focuses on the College’s lead generation/conversion programs and measures the programs’ success by student enrolment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the annual and long term planning for the department identifying strategies to further enhance our marketing delivery.-
- Draft marketing programs to meet the operational and strategic marketing budget lines, adjusting as required to respond to campaign results.-
- Provide expert guidance and support to the Marketing Officer Team identifying the marketing needs of stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the College’s overarching strategic plan and strategic enrolment objectives.-
- Contribute to the development of more junior members of the team and to ensure assigned team deliverables are completed to a satisfactory level.-
- Responsible for maintaining statistical data for the team tracking conversion and the effectiveness of marketing programs through lead generation, lead qualification and College enrolment data.-
- Prepare and deliver informal and formal presentations to own team, department, committees within the College, and business partners.-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with College stakeholders, clients and vendors and ensures that established best practices, branding guidelines and AODA compliance are deployed to provide exceptional project management and service.Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) Year Diploma/Degree in Advertising or Marketing.-
- Minimum of five (5) years experience of the following:- Extensive experience in results-driven marketing and communications - in an academic environment or elsewhere.-
- Hands on leadership expertise in relationship management and project management.-
- Demonstrated budget management and project management expertise.-
- In-depth knowledge of web, digital and print production and graphic design best practices.-
- Experience in assigning and coordinating the work of others.-
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and simultaneously co-ordinate a variety of unrelated activities.-
- Experience using campaign tracking and measurement tools to monitor and enhance campaigns.-
- Experience working with committees and stakeholders representing a team or business unit.-
- Ability to work with others in a team environment is essential to the success of this position;-
- Strong client service skills are required for interacting with a diverse College population.- This position is paid at Payband I
