**Who we are**
At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Concord Office Repair Shop and Driver Pays Preparation and Processing
- Assisting Concord Office Bookkeeping and Reconciliations
- Assisting Payments to Vendors and Carriers
- Troubleshooting Basic Computer Related Issues
- Daily Cheque Scanning and Deposits
- Daily Mail Sorting
- Send Mails as Needed
- In-Person Deposits at Branch as Needed
- Handling Purchase and Returns for Offices
- Documents filings and lifting
- Additional tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.
**Qualifications**
- One-Year Accounting and QuickBooks Experience
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Trucking/Logistics Industry Experience as an Asset
- US Tax Knowledge as an Asset
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Fast Learner
- Team Player
- Capable to Work Under Pressure and Overtime to Meet the Deadline
