As a Speech Language Pathologist III, you will be responsible to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team where you will be an integral leader to other healthcare professionals (Speech Language Pathologists, Assistants). You will facilitate the development and ongoing monitoring of clinical standards of practice for speech-language pathology and patient (client, resident) care protocols in the department and geographical area. In collaboration with management, you will support the development, implementation and evaluation of the department's operational plan strategies.

**Required Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a rehabilitation clinician working in the community providing services to the adult population is preferred. Experience with Connect Care and/or EMR is considered an asset. Training and experience in implementing Health Change Methodology principles is an asset.
