**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and direct the management of the company’s business functions, facilities and assets
- Supervise, mentor, and develop employees for improved performance
- Evaluate systems and processes for efficiencies and improved cost controls
- Develop business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals
- Audit procedures and processes for regulatory compliance, policy adherence and risk management
- Coordinate with colleagues to align goals, make improvements, and strategize
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Three plus years of experience in business management, business administration, or related field
- High level of facility with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to respond to changing priorities
- Self-motivated and self-directed proactive approach, able to effectively manage change
- Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
- Communicate with a high degree of clarity and effectiveness
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
