We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a receptionist
- Previous reception experience answering multi-phone lines with high call volume.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Outbound cold calling & booking appointments.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Excellent customer service skills, multitasking capability, and organization.
- Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software.
- Fluent English. About You
- Proficient with MS Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ZOHO CRM would be an asset.
- A second language would be an asset.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and self-motivating environment.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BOWMANVILLE, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)

- Day Shift (preferred)
