We provide a warm, patient-focused and fun work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
- Dealing with insurance companies
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Assist patients with their payments and claims processing
- Ensure proper patient follow-up
- Other administrative support to the dentists and staff
