**Webinar/Virtual Events Coordinator & Sales Associate**
Baxter Media seeks a Webinar/Virtual Events Coordinator & Sales Associate to join our team. The Webinar/Virtual Events Coordinator & Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in assisting Baxter Media’s sales and event teams, providing broad administrative support, executing in-house and client driven webinars, managing classified sales and a handful of special projects balanced with some core administrative functions.
**Core Responsibilities**:
**Webinar Coordination**
- Scheduling, planning, training, managing, hosting, and executing all webinars.
- Coordinating with the event organizer (if applicable) on expectations and duties leading-up to, during, and following event initiatives.
- Engaging with attendees, clients, and featured speakers politely and efficiently.
- Setting up webinar registration pages and developing webinar descriptions as required. Managing the webinar platform, collateral, and presentation elements (including audio & video content).
- Ability to use Canva or equivalent to design webinar promotional materials.
- Providing live support, from prepping contributors to recording, moderating as required and managing the live webinar through to Q&A and wrapping up.
- Acting as a ‘concierge’ for attendees during virtual events, providing technical and connectivity assistance, conveying expectations via verbal and text chat, keeping the event on track, and publishing announcements.
- Managing and executing editing of supplied or recorded video content for reuse.
- Finding innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content created within the webinar program.
- Staying on top of video and webinar trends, formats, shows, platforms and technology.
- Communicating with and surveying attendees, clients, and panelists after each webinar.
- Analyzing metrics and evaluating effectiveness of each webinar.
- Creating presentation materials for in-house webinars, intro/outro slides, showcase information and call-to-action details in unique ways throughout the presentation.
**Sales Coordinator**
- Marketing, selling and coordinating classified sales company-wide.
- Communicating with professors, students, and sponsors, and managing all student webinar presentations for the Baxter Student Ambassador Program.
- Maintaining an industry specific events calendar.
- Assisting to maintain an industry specific job board.
- Supporting the sales team by assisting with the preparation of supporting documents and presentations.
- Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Promptly respond to all communications (internal and external).
**Qualifications / Required Skills**
- Ability to simultaneously host and moderate webinars in a live setting
- Demonstrated administrative, communication and marketing skills
- Self-starter, accountable for setting and meeting goals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in scheduling and posting on social media
- Sales and marketing experience
- Team player that sees the larger vision for the organization and pitches in, without being prompted, and when necessary, to ensure key organizational objectives are delivered upon.
- Service-oriented, friendly, entrepreneurial, and committed to personal and organizational excellence
- Multitasker with the ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
- Able to analyze stats from website banners
- Actively posting on social media and online publishing channels as required
- Timely, concise and professionally developed communication skills are a must
