**Key Accountabilities**

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Brookfield Digital Events**
- Plan, organize, and execute Brookfield's virtual events including AGMs, Fund Launches, webinars/ webcasts and streaming components of hybrid events.
- Manage virtual event platforms, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of virtual events troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless execution of live and on-demand content,
- Create and oversee investors' digital events user experience including invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using digital tools such as Cvent, virtual and video event platforms.
- Production logistics: venue research, filming, virtual platform set up, live broadcasts, replays
- Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement, communicate and report findings
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations in the execution of digital events

**Brookfield Hosted Events**
- Support coordination of Brookfield hosted in-person events
- Assisting with logistics including venue & vendor research, catering, support materials, rooming lists, AV, set up and registration and on-site support as needed
- Create and manage event invitations and websites on Cvent, run registration reports as needed
- Compile pre-and post-event documents (briefing memos, post-mortems)
- 4-6 years' professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Cvent and comparable Event platforms
- Expertise in virtual platforms (Webex, GlobalMeet, Zoom)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong passion for planning events
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize
- Organized, proactive and self-motivated individual
- Ability to keep calm and problem solve quickly under high pressure moments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
- Team player
- Overtime as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
