St. Mary’s Home (SMH) is a not-for-profit charitable organization providing specialized community support services to marginalized pregnant and parenting youth, and their infants and children (0 to 6). **Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor and support program staff and provide team building and development opportunities wherever possible.
- Identify and understand program objectives and ensure programs, and the promotion of them, are aligned with the organizational mission, vision, and values and with funding requirements.
- Oversee all program activities to ensure they are responsive to participants needs and all goals and objectives are achieved.
- Ensure all programs, special events and practical services are promoted through maintaining community outreach and engagement and an active social media presence.
- Manage timelines and deliverables and monitor program activities.
- Identify projects and resources needed to achieve program objectives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, community, and program partners to ensure ongoing communication and collaboration, identify trends, develop, implement, and provide a range of responsive programs, services, and activities.
- Attend relevant community meetings and provide presentations to raise awareness of issues facing young families and promote SMH programs and services.
- Facilitate networking and partnership development with community organizations and service providers.
- Manage resources across all programs, overseeing program budgets and collaborating on funding opportunities.
- Support an integrative approach with staff and community partners.
- Maintain up-to-date records, including statistical data, program documentation, and participant feedback.
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), and complete regular reports on program performance and evaluations.
- Resolve problems and delays in programs and manage risk, coordinating and implementing preventative and, when necessary, corrective measures.
- Ensure program outlines and handover documents are maintained and updated
- Identify and manage program adherence to Accreditation, funding, and agency standards.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, community development, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or community organization setting.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and providing professional development opportunities.
- Strong understanding of community outreach strategies and building partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficiency in program development, implementation, and evaluation methodologies.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and participant-centered approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Experience working with marginalized populations, particularly pregnant and parenting youth, is an asset.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and statistical data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities to support and motivate program staff.
- Understanding of community needs assessment processes and strategies.
