**Position: Electrical Supervisor**
**Locations: Red Deer, Eckville, Rocky Mountain House, Calgary & Edmonton**
**Position Type: Full-Time**
**Compensation Package**:
- Competitive base rate, commensurate with experience.
- Open to owners, operators.
- Vacation Pay: 10% of base rate, consisting of 6% Vacation Pay and 4% Statutory Pay.
- Retirement Savings Plan (RSP): 5% of base hourly rate, calculated on base rate.
- Matching RSP Program: 2% of base hourly rate, calculated on base rate.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to effectively execute electrical projects.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and offer expertise in construction methodologies.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Resprent True North with integrity, ethical decision-making and a collaborative mindset when engaging customer stakeholders and leading our talent on site.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Mentor and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in electrical technology.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and hours worked.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project specifications and deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license/certification.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Supervisor in industrial settings. Minimum 3 Years.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, equipment, and codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Adaptability to changing project needs and priorities.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various work conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
