**Your Opportunity**:
This fixed-term, approximately 2 year temporary position is an integral member of the team and required for the successful implementation of this initiative. The incumbent will draw upon a full range of research administration, project coordination, and management skills. The incumbent will have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and implementation.

**Description**:
The Research Coordinator (RC) will report to the Pan SCNTM Executive Director, and their daily project related work will be supervised by the CPCLW Senior Practice Consultants with support from the Principal Investigator. This position also works closely with other members of the project team, leadership, and the community teams to support evaluative activities of the initiative and an applied research sub-study. The RC position is foundational to building an evidence base around the CPCLW model. Incorporating the model, and their skills and knowledge in evaluation principles, research concepts, frameworks, approaches, methods, analytics, and metrics will inform evidence-based decision making. This position will work collaboratively to establish and maintain positive relationships with key local, provincial and national partners.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Community Health Sciences). Minimum of 5 years of experience managing research projects and grants within an academic research setting. A clear understanding and experience working with Health Information Act, Tri-Council policies for the Ethical Conduct of Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Knowledge of the AHS research environment is an asset. Experience working with underserved populations an asset. Formal training in project management methodologies (PMP designation is an asset). Masters in related field (Public Health, Community Health Sciences) is an asset.
