► Support decision-making through data and interpretation from a lean perspective

► Lead continuous improvement planning to impact quality, reduce costs and eliminate wastes

► Support development of productivity metrics and scorecards, monthly monitoring, and yearly goals

► Support Lean and Six Sigma principles and manufacturing best practices

► Be the deployment expert for problem solving methods and continuous improvement techniques, and lead efforts to raise the skills and knowledge of CCL employees

► Use statistical metrics, time studies, and data collection techniques to determine project opportunities and improvements

► Create Continuous Improvement Roadmaps that will deliver substantial and quantifiable improvements in various areas

► Risk Assessment based on change; leverage departments in order to provide a robust and overall risk assessment associated with changes/improvements

► Provide innovative input on Cl Business plan by incorporating internal business objectives, benchmarking external best practices and identifying improvement opportunities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
