- Direct Hire-**_(**Also referred to as Pricing (Packaging) Coordinator or similar to Junior Estimator)**

**Job Summary**:
This position reports directly to the Processing Project Supervisor and is responsible for the processing of quotations, orders, and administrative projects for all customers. The Processing Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support to the field sales representatives and customers. Acts as the primary liaison between other departments, as well as other team members regarding customer issues.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Support the Sales Reps with accurate and timely quotations.

2. Coordinate and facilitate sales representatives’ challenges when requested by the Sales Department

3. Liaise with the Design Dept with new and on-going projects.

4. Liaise with outside vendors with new and on-going projects.

5. Create and maintain dockets, statistical data and efficient filing system.

6. Adhere to all Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions.

7. Proofreading Factory Tickets as necessary to ensure that production will have accurate information when running an order.

8. Review and revise routing in specs on an on-going basis to support continuous improvement.

9. Participate in Lean Manufacturing Kaizens and utilize the techniques

10. Other related duties as assigned.

11. Training others when needed

**Education, Experience & Personal Characteristics**:

- A High School Diploma.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Corel Draw.
- Must be able to communicate effectively using Microsoft Office and other CCL software as required
- Must have at 1 year of corrugated experience in similar capacity or position.
- Must be well organized, must manage time well and must be capable of adjusting self to company goals.
- Must have courteous and polite communication skills (oral and written).
- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Must adjust to flexible working hours.
- Willingness to be cross trained in other departments.

**Salary**: $54,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
