**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure that all food preparation is in compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers for sourcing high-quality ingredients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and recipes into our menu offerings

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
