Rehab First Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time **Human Resources Assistant** to join the team at our new London Office.

You are highly organized and pride yourself in the use of effective recruitment strategies to support your organization. Ideally, you have a background in HR and will bring new ideas and skills to Rehab First.

Rehab First is one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, numbering approximately 100+ professional staff, complemented by the Psychologists and Physicians who are pre-qualified, contracted members of our MED_Net_® roster. Our values of sincerity, commitment and self-improvement inspire us to restore hope and function to clients whose lives have been affected by serious injury and illness. Our community team includes Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Counselling, Professional Case Management, Rehabilitation Therapy, Life Care Planning and Future Care Cost Reporting. Our staff incorporates best practices of team work to ensure the best health outcome for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to HR and to the general office administrative support
- Maintain the data base
- Maintain staff lists, career centre and bios on website
- Must be willing to travel to attend career fairs and other events as needed
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in the preparation of meetings as required
- The role will carry out routine tasks to in office administration and will provide support in executing, organizing and facilitating tasks contributing to the overall employee experience for the RFI team.
- Assist with special projects as requested

**Key Qualifications**
- Exceptional communication skills and must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with other team members
- Good customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, specifically sourcing and screening
- College diploma with related courses in Human Resources and/or Administration is an asset
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office software and social media skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
