**About the role**

Reporting to the IT Manager, IT Solutions Specialist is responsible for analyzing, recommending, and implementing IT solutions for the Westbow Group of Companies. You will lead existing and new IT projects to completion and work with stakeholders to assess, plan, and implement solutions that will benefit various departments within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in IT best practices, including security, software administration, and support to help you lead discussions and arrive at the right solution.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborating with multiple business departments to assess, plan, and implement IT Solutions, specific to their department needs.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, contributing expertise to find innovative solutions.
- Maintaining a strong emphasis on security awareness and consideration for data protection protocols.
- Maintain well-documented and updated IT processes, systems, policies, procedures.
- Contributing and pushing forward enhancements to Westbow’s IT Solutions.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of latest innovations of IT.**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years of experience in IT, focusing on software administration
- Post Secondary education in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Familiarity with current Microsoft 365 cloud suite, including Entra ID, Teams, Purview and SharePoint, etc.
- Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+ & Microsoft
- Understanding of SaaS solutions, like CRM/ERP/HRIS/VOIP
