**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Fleet Coordinator, **you’ll play a key role in managing various aspects of Stephenson’s rental and vehicle fleets. Reporting to the Director, Fleet and working with the Fleet Department, you will manage and optimize the performance of all rental and vehicle assets, ensuring that fleet availability, reliability, and pricing strategy align with our strategic vision by:

- Assisting in developing and maintaining outside vendor and service provider relationships.
- Managing and monitoring the equipment retirement program and maximizing recoveries by working with and developing various sales channels including internal sales/stores, equipment wholesalers, auction houses, etc.
- Establishing a network of equipment wholesalers to both sell and source equipment opportunistically.
- Maintaining and distributing updated used equipment lists, spiff reporting, pricing schedules, and disposal schedules.
- Fielding requests for used equipment pricing and the approval for disposals and assisting with physical recovery of equipment and insurance claims.
- Managing Safety & Service Bulletins, and Equipment recalls systematically through our service manager and hub operations and ensuring all products are up to date and in compliance.
- Overseeing the telematics area to ensure equipment is properly outfitted, proper hardware is maintained, and information has been updated accurately and billings are appropriate.
- Participating in product selections to bring on new and innovative products.
- Analyzing market rates for products and expected returns vs actual results on new products.
- Coordinating sales and technical training for new and existing products.
- Analyzing Lost Rental and Re-rental reports to help identify trends and opportunities to focus on differentiation.
- Compiling and generating action items from Fleet performance Dashboard items.
- Completing additions and disposals reporting by month, quarter, YTD and LTM.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure required vehicles and vehicle specifications are ordered with proper tracking, landing schedules, and within budget.
- Registering, pulling reports, tracking, and managing any CVOR-related issues.
- Developing proper vehicle and driver tracking for insurance renewals and assisting in any accident claims.
- Reviewing and advising on vehicle maintenance schedules and costs.
- Administering the 407ETR bills with adherence to cost control.

**What we’re looking for**
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years of fleet coordination or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in Construction and/or Equipment Rentals
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience. Basic technical and troubleshooting skills are an asset.
- Strong background in analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able effectively able to deal with internal staff and customers in-person and on the phone.
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
